2013: Establishing new plant with an area of more than 66,000 square meters in Taixing, Jiangsu province
2011: Bringing in one of the Fortune 500 – Itochu Corporation in November
2010: Invest 10 million for R&D center with an area of 2,500 square meters
2009: The workshop of polyester resin for powder coating was established, with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons.
2009: Automation optimization completed for two production lines and started operation.
2008: Design and installation finished for two new production lines complying with the US industrial standard in the high and new 
technology emulsion workshop
2008: ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certificate and ISO 14001:2000 environment management system certificate 
by SGS
2007: High and new technology emulsion workshop set up in Yinyang new plant
2007: Second phase of production expansion completed, Yinyuan Chemicals moved to Yinyang new plant.
2005: Three production lines with capacity of 12 tons respectively and one with 10 tons were established and put into use.
2003: The establishment of Foshan Sanshui Yinyang Resin Co., Ltd.
2001: Two production lines with capacity of 8 tons respectively and one with 10 tons were established and put into use
2000: Foshan Sanshui Yinyuan Chemicals Co., Ltd was set up.
