1.INTRODUCTION :

YE-2080 is a saturated hydroxyl polyester resin curing with BLOCKED IPDI for thermosetting

powder coating, Applies to outdoor decorative and functional painting with good outdoor durability,

or curing with Powderlink1174 for special thermosetting powder coating, applies to decorative

wrinkle texture coatings.

MANUFACTURING  

a.  Pre-mixing ( dry blend of the above components)

b.  Homogeneous extrude at temperature of 105°C-115°C   

c.  Cool down and early pieces   

d.  Abrading powder to obtain a free -flowing powder maximum particle size of 80micron
