1.INTRODUCTION :

YE-7880 is an exterior saturated carboxylic polyester resin curing with TGIC at 93 /7 for

thermosetting powder coating which applies to exterior decorative and functional powder coating

with good durability, flow and high gloss etc.

4.MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE AND TESTING

MANUFACTURING

a.  Pre-mixing ( dry blend of the above components)

b.  Homogeneous extrude at temperature of 105°C-115°C   

c.  Cool down and early pieces   

d.  Abrading powder to obtain a fine free -flowing maximum particle size of 80 micron

5. PACKING

25 kilogram paper bag or PE bag; Stored in a cool dry place indoors at temperature of   

-20°C—35°C, Avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight. In the above-mentioned storage

conditions the shelf life of resins for 1 year. Experience has shown that the storage life of the

resin up to 3 years, it is proposed that the testing products beyond the shelf-life products can still

be used for qualified.
